Chair Yoga Session at AVS with Young Volunteers

Our AVS Young Volunteers team, together with Edasu Uzun from Multisport Türkiye and yoga instructor Buse Demir, held a short but effective chair yoga session in the office.

We focused on balancing our breathing, releasing tension in the neck and shoulders, and ending the day with renewed energy.

Many thanks to everyone who contributed and participated. With such activities, we continue to support both our physical and mental wellbeing.
