At the Ekol Maritime Training Center Kitchen, the AVS Global Supply Marketing and HR teams traded their desks for aprons, joining our skilled chefs for a special Italian culinary workshop. Guided by our head chefs, the menu featured authentic flavors: Zuppa Toscana, a hearty Tuscan soup; Calzone, a perfectly baked folded pizza; and the all-time favorite Tiramisu.
The workshop was more than just about cooking—it was about team spirit, creativity, and collaboration. Working side by side in the kitchen allowed our teams to connect, learn, and have fun, all while enjoying the art of Italian cuisine.
