AVS β Two Days of Culinary Creativity at Ekol Maritime Training Center
Over the course of two days, AVS Global Supply and AVS Catering Management teams traded their desks for aprons, stepping into the kitchen at Ekol Maritime Training Center for a series of hands-on culinary workshops led by our professional chefs.
On the first day, Catering Management team members prepared delicious burgers from scratch and baked rich chocolate cookies, ending the session with certificate presentations for all participants.
The second day saw the Global Supply team kneading dough and adding the perfect toppings to their homemade pizzas, before closing on a sweet note with classic tiramisu. Certificates were once again presented, marking a flavorful and memorable conclusion to the workshop series.
These sessions not only allowed our teams to explore their creativity in the kitchen but also strengthened teamwork and collaboration in a fun and engaging way. A big thank you to our talented chefs and everyone who took part in making these two days unforgettable.
